Filipinos travelling to Indonesia is easier as you can explore the country without obtaining a travel visa from their Embassy. Philippines is part of ASEAN countries where they can travel in and out of the country without obtaining a visa from the embassy but with a specified period only. ASEAN member countries are Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Bali is an Indonesian island known for its spectacular tourist's spots, beautiful beaches, and wonderful temples. Its Capital is in Denpasar. Bali is a small island in Indonesia with its area of 5,780 km².

Travel time from Manila, the Philippines to Denpasar, Bali is around 3 hours and 45 minutes. Booked a flight via Philippine airlines, vice versa airfare  PHP 27,000 booked 3 days before the flight. If you want to spend less, you can book via Cebu Pacific Air as well, and both for direct flights.
For our hotel, we booked at Amadea Resort and Spa. An award-winning Seminyak hotel offering a truly peaceful oasis in the heart of Seminyak Eat Street.  In just a short walk, you can enjoy the busy street in Bali,  bars, spas, restaurants. Three nights cost at PHP 17,000 for two.

WHERE TO GO AND EAT IN BALI?

Day 1: Tanah Lot Temple, Jamie Oliver Restaurant and Kuta Beach.

Tanah Lot Temple

TANAH LOT
For convenience, Renting out a private car at the hotel is the easiest way. For only PHP 2,500 for 1 day, you will be travelling at your convenience and freedom.
A must visit in Bali is Tanah Lot Temple and is best enjoyed during sunset. Its view is spectacular and is definitely picturesque. Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves; Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons.

Opening Hours: 07:00 – 19:00
Location: Jalan Raya Tanah Lot, Beraban Village, Kediri, Tabanan.
Admission Fees:
     Adult- IDR 60,000/person
     Child- IDR 30,000/person

Tanah Lot Seaside
Dress Code, Best Time to Visit & Transportation
There is no dress code required if you only want to visit Tanah Lot Bali without entering the temple area. However, if you want to get into the temple area, there is a strict dress code that you should follow.

Women need to wear a sarong (clothes that wrap from waist to ankle). Also, women need to use a Kebaya and on you need to tie a scarf or a sash on the waist. Please note, woman during menstruation, are not allowed to enter the temple area.

For men also need to wear a sarong, a shirt, a scarf or a sash tied around the waist and Udeng (Balinese headdress create from elaborately folded clothes).

Most travellers choose to visit Tanah Lot Bali from 17:00 – 19:00. Due to the sunset view and this consider the best time to visit Tanah Lot Bali. Furthermore, the only public transportation that available in the area is the Taxi. Therefore, it is recommended to get a car hire services, with a driver or self-drive if you are coming from                                                         Kuta, Ubud or Seminyak area.

JAMIE OLIVER RESTAURANT

Found this fancy Italian restaurant, situated in Jalan Pantai Kuta, Banjar Pande Mas, Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. It is close to Kuta Beach and a mall as well.
Meal for two at Jamie Oliver.
It’s open from 9AM to 10PM Monday to Sundays. If you happen to be walking around this place, come in and grab some delicious meal offered by this restaurant.
Ordered LAMB for two.
The price is good as the food served was actually mouthwatering and appetizing. It is worth the value of your money.

KUTA BEACH

Kuta Beach in Bali is just a normal beach. I was not delighted as nothing was extraordinary here. The water is not even crystal clear. If you want to see beautiful beaches, come to the Philippines and explore Boracay, Bohol, Camarines Sur and Norte, Palawan, Cebu, Camiguin, and Davao and a lot more.

Day 2: Seminyak Beach, Seminyak Square, Male Massage, Dinner

Seminyak Beach

For the second day, We rented a scooter to ride going to Seminyak beach. Less than an hour drive from Amadea Hotel. The scooter rental fee cost
IDR 70,000.

Tips and advice:
Always wear a helmet and protective clothing. Riding a motorcycle is freeing, wind-in-hair sensation, but don’t ride around shirtless or without a helmet. Besides for your own safety, disobedient riding only invites definite police stops and contempt among local riders.

Where and How to find them:
Almost all main beach resort areas have locally-managed motorbike rentals (as an additional offering besides cars). It’s easier to ask your hotel’s concierge, who might also refer and arrange one for you, and have an available motorbike brand and type dropped off to your hotel at agreed time and date.

Seminyak Beach has big waves and it's a stony beach as well. You will need to wear a slipper to be safe. And also, this is just a typical beach nothing special. They have a changing area you will just need to fee at a minimum and also they have restaurants and buko juice also beside the beach.

If you want to relax, you can come to this place as it is quite and looking at the beach is always very relaxing.

Spent 2 hours here and we drove to see more around Seminyak square.
Had our lunch here at a nice Thai restaurant near Seminyak square.

The food we ordered was Thai food and this is a must try to everyone. It is very delectable and its spiciness is just a right blend with its mouthwatering curry sauce.

In the evening, had a relaxing massage at Adam’s Apple Male Massage and experience the cosiest male massages in Seminyak Bali. The massage cost IDR 250,000 for 60 minutes. It is such a wonderful experience, worth the value of your money and has its own toilet as well.

Location: Jl. Batu Belig No 69X, Banjar Batu Belig Kangin – seminyak BALI
“Open 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM, Every day”

Dinner at Char Char Bar, this is a very unique bar. Is just located in front of our hotel. I ordered a slab of pork ribs and is really big, size is good for two.

They offer good food and a unique ambience of their restaurant as well. The price is affordable and the servings are big.
Char Char Bar & Grill begins right on the street. The front wall features a set of steps creating a tiered terrace from the second floor down to the street level where guests can sit overlooking the buzz of the street below while dining, drinking and chatting. This is a fun, animated spot to see the world pass by and has become an instant hit with diners.
Open daily from 11am-12pm. Jl. Kayu Aya, Oberoi-Seminyak, Kuta, Bali 80361 Phone: 0361-738720-21, Fax: 0361-737202
