This island is not yet developed so expect that there are no 5-star cuisine and fancy restaurant available. Though I have been to these restaurants below and you may opt to give it a try.
1. JOE-RA- come to this restaurant that offers several menus and the price per meal ranges from PHP120- 300 only. I have tried their milkshakes for only PHP 125 Mango and Chocolate flavour.
This restaurant is just beside the Port of Romblon and the signboard is very conspicuous, just take some steps up on the second floor.
2. ITALIAN RESTAURANT
If you're into Pizza, you can certainly some bites here. I have tried their Hawaiian pizza and it as served hot and the taste is delectable. I love it!
Just a walk away from Freedom Park.
3. Restaurant in Barangay Moros
If you're up for some newly cook meals, serve hot soup. Come to this unnamed place in Barangay Moros. The restaurants here don't usually have a signboard upfront mainly due to its not very tourist-ed and only locals usually dine here. Just 3 minutes walk from Town, from JOE-RA restaurant take the bridge and walk straight, you ill pass through the Moros Water Refilling Station. The resto is a glass wall, self-service restaurant and facing the pier/port.
4. Local Unnamed Restaurant or Carenderias are also available situated beside the Freedom Park on the right corner from the port.
Just a note: Don't eat anywhere, if you come for a Fiesta Celebration. Be sure you're with your local friend. Rumours came to my attention that some Barangays does some malicious acts like putting something on the food and you will feel strange and might affect your health, feeling dizzy and worst is a blackout. For your own safety, be cautious and know the people you are dealing with.
Also to add information below: There are no popular stores here like:
Goldilocks, Red Ribbon, 7-Eleven, Ministop, Jollibee, Mcdonald's, and KFC. Just local restaurants that haven't tried in the metro but still worth and of course very affordable.
COME AND ENJOY THE ISLAND WITH OR WITHOUT FRIENDS.
BON APPETITE!
