Total Body Physioball Workout!

Hi Everyone!


Wishing you all a safe and sound stay during these very challenging days.
I understand that we are all weary for what is presently happening in the world, or the universe rather. 
I will raise my voice to invite all of you to check out some of my blogs on my youtube channel. 

Well, I stopped visiting the gym for a month now due to covid19 scare, and honestly, I have ceased working out.
So I figured out to be persuasive and maybe I can help you all out there. 
TODAY, I am going to film a Total Body Physioball Workout!
Since I got to buy the physioball for my injury 5 months ago while playing my favorite sports, Badminton. 
My knee is now well and so this ball has been obsolete in my bedroom for a month now so let's make it useful once again.

Let's go ahead and get started :
1.Physioball Back Extensions

2 Physioball Crunches

3.Physioball Squats- lower back and hips

4.Ball Hamstring curl

5.PhysioBall Push-Ups

6. Exercise Ball jackknife crunch

14 repetitions
